We will not accept any paper items: paper flyers, business cards, brochures etc. We will accept items like pens, stress balls, sunglasses, keychains etc. Anticipated item quantity needed: 100
Gala Night Prize Giveaway:
A special prize giveaway event will be held for the Clutch team following the Gala Night Dinner & Awards Ceremony. Item entry is FREE but items must be approved in advance. Please limit the item value to $1,000 or less and submit items for approval to Carly ([email protected]) and Laura ([email protected])
TRADE SHOW/MARKETING MATERIALS FOR THE CONFERENCE
For shipping, we ask that any materials do not arrive on the property until at the earliest one week prior to the start of the conference.
If there are any vendors that have pallets or excessive items in both size and weight, we ask that Harold be contacted directly to make special receiving arrangements for those items. All items should be shipped to the below address and to Harold’s attention:

PLEASE NOTE: The hotel does NOT have a shipping department to ship trade show displays, marketing materials, or other items following the end of the conference, so please plan accordingly to provide return shipping labels and coordinate a UPS or FedEx pickup from the hotel on Friday morning (April 19th).
