I am registered for the ClutchCon Charity Golf Tournament on Thursday, April 16th - how does that work?
Tournament will begin at 10am with a shotgun start – plan to arrive for 9am to check-in at the Clutch booth and grab a quick bite. You will have received an Uber voucher to your Clutch email for travel to TPC Scottsdale. Join us following the tournament at DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale for food/drinks, prizes, and awards. See more details here.
I am registered for the Off-Site Excursion on Thursday, April 16th - how does that work?
Meet at the hotel front lobby to catch a shuttle to Old Town Scottsdale at 9:45am. See a full agenda for the day here.
I am registered for the Ladies of Clutch Happy Hour on Tuesday, April 14th - how does that work?
Rides will depart from Pitch Pizzeria at 8:00pm to The Living Room. See more details here.
How does the Vendor Showcase work?
The Vendor Showcase is mandatory for all sales reps – optional (but encouraged) for all other staff. Visit each booth and get your passport stamped for a chance to win the grand prize: Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses.
How do the 1:1 Vendor Meetings work?
All vendors will be seated at their assigned tables. Sale reps will rotate between tables based on their personalized meeting schedule. Please refer to your provided list of vendors and meeting times to know where you need to be and when.
How do I get to and from the airport?
All employees will receive Uber vouchers to their Clutch email. Please group up where possible. These will cover:
- Travel from Phoenix Airport -> Hotel
- Hotel -> Airport on departure day
- Transportation for the Golf Tournament and Off-Site Excursion as required.
Reminders
Attendance Expectations – All employees are expected to attend all events, sessions, and programming unless otherwise noted.
Expenses – Any expenses incurred during the event are your responsibility. Unless expenses are pre-approved, they will not be reimbursed by Clutch.
ClutchCon Awards Gala & Sneaker Ball – This year it’s a sneaker ball 👟 Rock your best kicks – there will be a prize for best sneakers. Dress code is business/smart casual.
