Which sessions am I able to attend?
All sponsors are invited to join the Panel Sessions, Vendor Showcase, ClutchCon Trivia, 1:1 Vendor Meetings, ClutchCon Gala Cocktail Reception, and ClutchCon Awards Gala Dinner. Please be mindful of your sponsorship level as there are private events and meals taking place at this event.
I am registered for the ClutchCon Charity Golf Tournament on Thursday, April 16th - how does that work?
Tournament will take place at TPC Scottsdale Champions Course at 10am with a shotgun start. Plan to arrive for 9am to check-in at the Clutch booth and grab a quick bite. Join us following the tournament at DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale for food/drinks, prizes, and awards. See more details here.
I am sponsoring the ClutchCon Charity Golf Tournament on Thursday, April 16th - how does that work?
Tournament will take place at TPC Scottsdale Champions Course at 10am with a shotgun start. Doors will open for sponsors at 8:00am. You’ll have a dedicated space on the tee box of your assigned hole, along with a table and two chairs. How does the Vendor Showcase work?
The Vendor Showcase will take place on Tuesday April 14th from 1:30pm-5:00pm and is mandatory for all sponsors. Please ensure your booth is setup during the designated setup time of 11:00am-1:00pm. Attendees will be provided a “passport” encouraging them to visit each booth and receive a stamp to enter for a prize draw. Passports, stamps, and prizes will be provided by Clutch.

How do the 1:1 Vendor Meetings work?
Sponsors will be seated at an assigned table for the duration of the event; reps will come to you. Please refer to the provided list of attending reps and meeting times as well as a map of your table below. You are welcome to bring collateral, a laptop, or other meeting materials.
I have items that need to be shipped after the event. How can I do that?
Any items needing return shipping will need to be coordinated with a shipper separately. ClutchCon and the hotel are not responsible for return shipments.

Please Note: This is a ticketed event. There is a pre-awards Cocktail Reception taking place at Mountain Glow Lawn (North) from 6:00pm-7:00pm and everyone is welcome.
