Marketing Coordinator

Clutch Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Calgary, AB to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys variety, from running campaigns and coordinating events to creating content and analyzing performance, all while working remotely with the flexibility to support local events in person.

  • Campaign & Demand Generation
    • Plan, build, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and events.
    • Manage campaign calendars, track milestones, and coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Event Marketing (Calgary-Focused)
    • Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution for customer events and trade shows.
    • Attend and support events in-person (1–3 times per quarter) to manage registration, setup, and attendee experience.
  • Copywriting & Storytelling
    • Draft engaging blogs, case studies, press releases, social media content, and email campaigns aligned with Clutch’s brand voice.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze KPIs using GA4, Salesforce, and social platforms.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience covering at least three areas: website management, campaign management, event marketing, graphic design, video production, email marketing, or copywriting.
    • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
    • Proven field marketing experience with successful execution of in-person and virtual events.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
    • Based in the Calgary metro area, with flexibility to travel locally for events (occasional evenings/weekends).
    • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Assets / Additional Skills:
    • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or value-added reseller environments.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools, plus basic video editing.
    • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS (content posting, landing page creation).
