Throughout his career, Aaron has held prominent leadership roles in both entrepreneurial ventures and enterprise environments, including C-Level positions at GSS, and Proactive Technologies. He also ran development and Emerging Technologies for IBM Security. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in driving comprehensive transformation initiatives, executing successful digital migrations, and achieving significant growth milestones. Aaron’s expertise spans a wide array of domains, including C-level leadership, product management, software development management, technical and operational strategy, and more. His proven track record in revenue growth and operational efficiency underscores his ability to foster innovation and achieve excellence in diverse business environments.
Commitment to the Community
Beyond his professional achievements, Aaron is deeply committed to his community. He has devoted over 15 years to coaching youth sports teams in the Jupiter, FL area. Aaron’s goals in coaching are to teach young players to play the game the right way, to be a positive influence on them as young individuals, and to approach everything they do with hard work and class.
