Carly Dodson is the Director of HR and Partnerships at Clutch, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce and forging strategic partnerships. With a passion for talent development and organizational growth, Carly ensures that Clutch attracts and retains top talent while building strong, impactful collaborations. 

Career Journey
Carly’s career journey began five years ago at Clutch, where she started out as a recruiter. Through dedication and a deep understanding of the company’s culture and needs, Carly quickly advanced through the ranks, ultimately becoming the Director of HR and Partnerships. Her ability to connect with people and drive results has been key to her success in these roles. 

Commitment to the Community
Carly is deeply committed to community involvement, actively participating in Women in Miami Tech, the Worldwide Women Association, and Women of the Channel. Through these organizations, she supports the empowerment of women in technology and business, fostering a more inclusive and dynamic industry. 

Academic Achievements
Carly attended Columbus State Community College, where she thrived in a diverse environment and gained valuable strategic perspectives through her coursework. Her time at Columbus State provided her with the interpersonal skills needed to expand Clutch’s partnership circle to over 200+ strategic partners.
