As an active member of TribalHub, a network that connects Native American governments and enterprises around IT and innovation, Damien stays closely aligned with the evolving needs of Indigenous organizations. Beyond his professional efforts, he also helps plan and host events that give back to tribal-focused charities, reinforcing his belief that community investment is both a responsibility and a privilege.
This commitment is also reflected in Clutch Solutions’ identity as a Native American-owned business. Damien sees this as a platform for representation, opportunity, and impact—helping bridge the gap between industry and underserved communities while empowering organizations to meet meaningful diversity goals.
