Meet Paul
Paul Nadeau is the Chief Financial Officer with leadership responsibilities for the accounting and finance staff and functions, for implementing and maintaining financial controls, cash management, and overview of legal, taxes. Also, Paul works with the executive team to set strategic goals, forecasting, and financial information to support the operational managers. 

Career Journey
Paul joined Clutch Solutions in February 2024, bringing extensive experience from technology companies and provides a versatile, team-oriented perspective, with the ability to handle rapid change, bring harmony into difficult situations, and find new alternatives in support of growing organizations. 

Commitment to the Community
Paul supports local programs like Kohala Food Hub, that sells and distributes food for local farmers and previously Paul was adjunct faculty member in the evening programs for Portland State University MBA program, adjunct faculty in the Marylhurst University MBA program and adjunct faculty member at Rivier College. 

Academic Achievements
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and earned an MBA from Babson College.
