Tracy is the Director of Partnerships for Clutch Canada, where her focus is on driving strategic growth with both existing and new partners. Drawing on her extensive experience in fostering strong relationships, optimizing performance metrics, and effectively managing processes, Tracy maximizes benefits for all stakeholders in Clutch’s partnership-level expansion.
 

Career Journey
Tracy is a seasoned, people-centered leader with over 12 years of experience in Information Technology. After a successful 16-year career in oil and gas exploration, she transitioned into IT, where she continues to deliver results while fostering a culture of accountability and open communication. Relationship building has always been at the core of her work, and Tracy has a proven track record of developing strong bonds with team members, customers, and partners.

Commitment to the Community
A proud member of the Métis Nation of Alberta, Tracy is dedicated to giving back to her community. As an ambassador for the Rupertsland Institute (RLI), an affiliate of the Métis Nation, she supports their vision of a skilled, knowledgeable, and self-reliant Métis Nation. Additionally, in her hometown of Cochrane, AB, she volunteers as a Guider with the Girl Guides of Canada.
