As a Native American-owned IT VAR, we deepened our commitment to Indigenous communities and supported critical organizations across North America. From recognizing the San Carlos Apache Tribe at our Cybersecurity Casino Night to raising funds for AISES at our Chicago Golf Event, we reaffirmed our dedication to bridging the digital divide and empowering underrepresented populations.

Our Canadian team achieved a record-breaking $11,655 in contributions for the Make-A-Wish Foundation through their Annual Calgary Golf Tournament. Additional philanthropic efforts supported organizations such as the American Lung Association, YMCA, Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Additionally, our women leaders exemplified the power of community service and technological empowerment. From mentoring through Big Brothers Big Sisters of LA to active participation in Women in Miami Technology, the Worldwide Women’s Association, and the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation, they consistently inspired progress and inclusion. In 2024, we expanded our engineering team with the addition of Bob Plumption, Senior Technical Lead, and Scott McDonald, Clutch Canada Services Manager. Together, they bring over 20 years of engineering expertise, further enhancing our ability to provide strategic consulting and deliver tailored solutions that drive our clients’ businesses forward. Our engineering team continues to set the standard in the IT industry, leading impactful projects and solidifying Clutch Solutions’ reputation as a trusted advisor.

Our sales team also expanded, bringing on the best talent from across North America. This strategic growth, alongside a general 15% increase in team size, reflects our dedication to fostering a world-class organization capable of addressing evolving client needs. Our leadership team grew with the addition of Aaron Smith as CTO, James Veeneman as CRO, Jon Quinn as Product Marketing Manager, and Tracy Hay as Director of Partnerships for Clutch Canada. Each leader brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives, enhancing our ability to deliver on our mission and drive innovation. Additionally, we expanded our partner network, achieving top-tier status with industry leaders and adding over 50 new partnerships, enabling us to deliver more comprehensive and innovative solutions, further enhancing our value to clients.

We also launched groundbreaking initiatives like the IT Simplify Program, helping clients streamline costs and accelerate cloud migrations, and partnered with leading vendors on green IT solutions to foster environmental sustainability.
