Our client, San Carlos Apache Tribe, faced the pressing challenge of aging hardware that could no longer meet their growing performance and scalability demands. Their existing infrastructure had reached its end-of-life, threatening the reliability of critical operations. Seeking a future-ready solution, they turned to Clutch Solutions—a Native American Minority-Owned Business Enterprise—trusted for its expertise in delivering tailored IT strategies and innovative infrastructure solutions.

The Solution: A Comprehensive DHCI System

Clutch Solutions partnered closely with the client over the course of a year to deeply understand their unique operational needs and future growth objectives. Leveraging our engineering-first approach, we collaborated with our strategic partner, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), to recommend a cutting-edge Disaggregated Hyperconverged Infrastructure (DHCI) solution. This replaced the client’s legacy hardware, seamlessly integrating software and services into a scalable, cohesive system. To ensure long-term reliability and support, we included a 5-year Proof of Concept (PoC) warranty.

Our team aligned efforts strategically to support the future growth of key IT Government departments. We delivered a scalable infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with legacy equipment, ensuring smooth expansion for the Police Department, EMT, and Community College. Despite time constraints, we successfully incorporated the department’s expansion into the overall project, meeting the client’s security and operational needs.
